BIDEN ABANDONS MARC FOGEL

MARC, WE HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN YOU.

PRESIDENT TRUMP TOLD MARC’S 95-YEAR-OLD MOTHER THAT HE IS COMMITTED TO BRINGING MARC HOME IF HE BECOMES PRESIDENT.  THREE YEARS IS PAST TIME FOR PRESIDENT BIDEN TO DO THE SAME.

NO OTHER DETAINEE SHOULD BE PUT BEFORE MARC.  TEACHERS MATTER.  REGULAR PEOPLE MATTER.  CELEBRITIES SHOULD NOT BE THE ONLY ONES WHO MATTER.

MARC AND BRITTNEY GRINER WERE TRIED IN THE SAME EXACT RUSSIAN COURT, BY THE SAME JUDGE, CONVICTED UNDER THE SAME EXACT RUSSIAN CRIMINAL STATUTES, ONLY SENTENCING GUIDELINES WERE DIFFERENT.

SHE CAME HOME.  BIDEN AND SECRETARY BLINKEN LEFT MARC.  HE IS ALONE AND HIS BODY IS FAILING.  HIS FAMILY IS BEREFT.

MARC MUST BE DECLARED WRONGFULLY DETAINED, WHICH MAKES HIM ELIGIBLE FOR A PRISONER SWAP AND BRINGS THE WHOLE U.S. GOVERNMENT TO FIGHT FOR HIM.  IT GIVES HIM PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTHCARE BEYOND THE RUSSIAN PRISON SYSTEM.  IT PROVIDES FUNDS TO THE FOGELS TO FIGHT FOR HIM.

THEY ARE NOT MILLIONAIRES.  HE IS NOT A CELEBRITY.  HE IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL BASKETBALL PLAYER OR A WORLD KNOWN NEWSPAPER REPORTER.  HE DOES NOT HAVE NUMEROUS PASSPORTS—HE IS ONLY AMERICAN AND EVEN BIDEN’S AMERICA IS NOT FIGHTING FOR HIM.

BRING HIM HOME.  MAKE HIM MATTER.  MAKE HIS FAMILY MATTER AS MUCH AS BRITTNEY’S MATTER.  AS MUCH AS REPORTERS’ FAMILIES MATTER.  AS MUCH AS DUAL CITIZENS MATTER.

MARC NEVER MEANT TO BREAK THE LAW.  HE PLANNED ON DECLARING HIS MEDICAL MARIJUANA AT RUSSIAN CUSTOMS BECAUSE THE U.S. STATE DEPARTMENT CHANGED HIS VISA FROM DIPLOMAT TO REGULAR FOR THE FIRST TIME AFTER 9 YEARS OF TEACHING AMERICAN HIGH SCHOOLERS OF OUR DIPLOMATS IN MOSCOW.

HE WAS ARRESTED BEFORE HE REACHED THE RUSSIAN CUSTOMS OFFICER.  RUSSIA HAD PREVIOUSLY LET FOREIGNERS BRING IN MARIJUANA WITH A PHYSICIAN’S PRESCRIPTION.  ALL OF THIS IS IN HIS COURT TRANSCRIPTS.

He deserves to come home.

TAKE ACTION:

MARC’S AILMENTS

X-Ray of Marc Fogel’s Back & Spine

Marc struggled for years with debilitating pain ultimately resulting in three failed back surgeries including a spinal fusion, two knee operations, a hip replacement, and rotator cuff surgery. Marc chose to forgo opioids and narcotics. He didn’t like how they made him feel and witnessed the destruction they had caused. Instead, he used medical marijuana to manage his pain. He had a prescription card when he was detained and arrested in Russia with a limited amount of medical marijuana. Today, Marc’s condition continues to deteriorate in his prison cell four hours north of Moscow.

WRONGFULLY IMPRISONED IN RUSSIA.
